Hugo Besard “Art and Nature”

• First I would like to speak about the position of graphic art and the graphic artist in the present globalized artistic world in Europe and the Western world.
• Secondly, I will give a few observations on recent developments in European higher artistic education, the higher education in our Art Academies and Art Universities..
• Third, I will speak about my personal ecological commitment in my graphic output, in my etchings
