Ana Margarida Rocha

Ana Margarida de Moura Oliveira Parreira Rocha (Porto, Portugal, 1990). Bachelor in Fine Arts, Painting, (2008-2012) in Faculty of Fine Arts, University of Porto, where she is currently MA Painting student. Since 2010, she has participated in group exhibitions: “Intocável/Untouchable” and “Variações de Temperatura”, at Palácio das Artes, Porto; “International Prize Marche D’Acqua Fabriano Watercolour”,  Fabriano, Itália; “XXV Salão de Primavera”, at Casino Estoril, “Match Point”, at Galeria da Biblioteca Almeida Garrett, Porto; “Futuro não Futuro” at Palacete Pinto Leite, Porto, “D-Light-Full: Glass prints and Prints on Glass”  Galeria dos Leões, Porto. In 2012 and 2013 she presented two communications in IJUP: “Painting and Printing Techniques: intersections and contaminations” and “The Image on Glass: exploration of glass as substrate and plastic material” . In addition to Painting, she has developed interest in the areas of Printmaking Techniques, Glass and Ceramics, through several projects, workshops and communications.
